What is expected?
You will provide HR& Recruitment support to the team being first point of contact for all employees across the group at Head Office and also other locations .
Here is a snapshot of some of the key areas of responsibility :-
* Assist with recruitment and selection
* On-boarding and induction
* New starter and leaver administration
* HR queries & support from heads of departments
* Advising on HR policies and procedures
* Assisting with disciplinaries
* Providing HR administrative support to senior management team
What would make you a perfect fit?
Not being afraid to ’roll your sleeves up’ and get involved ,with a passion to demonstrate the organisations values is super important with a passion for continual improvement & standards.
* Experience of working in a HR setting is essential
* Ability to communicate well with confidentially being super important
* Open to personal development and studying towards CIPD qualification
* Strong communication skills with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
