Overview:
Due to continued growth, IT WORX are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator Apprentice to join their HQ in Aberdeen. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work closely with the Commercial team to provide sales and administration support across all aspects of the business in line with the company business plan. You will be responsible for providing sales support in key areas relating to customer service, quote management, order management, sales support and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
* Daily use CRM to update and maintain sales information and customer details
* Support sales enquiries from internal stakeholders
* Provide quotations for new and existing clients using CRM and vendor portals
* Use CRM, vendor portals and Microsoft 365 applications to process, place, amend and track existing orders
* Support sales activities relating to the on-going development of existing and prospective customers as directed
* Support the renewal process and account management process for existing customers
* Daily use of Teams to collaborate with other areas of the business on sales queries
* Daily use of Outlook 365 for internal and external stakeholders
