Job Description:
Sanctuary Personnel are looking for a Team Manager (Enviroental Enforcment) to work for North East Lincolnshire Council.
This is a full-time locum role paying £360 per day
Key Responsibilites:
* To provide visible leadership and management to the Environmental Enforcement team and ensure the team delivers to the council outcome framework.
* To ensure the councils fulfils the statutory responsibilities in relation to delivering operational activities across a range of community based environmental issues including environmental protection, environmental crime and other matters affecting the street scene and amenities of our community.
* Ensureaneffectiveworkingrelationshipwithkeystakeholdersinrelationtoallrelevantteam matters across the Borough including joint operations.
* ActastheCouncil’sleadadvisorinrelationtoallenvironmentalprotectionandenvironmental crimemattersincludingdealingwithandresolvingcommunity,businessandelectedmember concerns around such issues.
Applicant Requirements:
* Educated to a Academic Degree Level or equivalent or a significant level of experience relevant to the post.
* Recent experience.
* Experience of supporting a team according to available resources and skill levels and working co-operatively with others.
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Knowledge of licensing
* Good organisational skills
