Cafe Chef/Cook
Location: Polegate / Westham area
Salary: £25,000 p.a.
Summer 45-hour week 8:30am to 5pm
Winter 35-hour week 9:30am to 3pm/4pm.
Shifts will include at least one weekend shift and some bank holidays.
Popular café in the Polegate/Westham area in East Sussex looking for experienced chef to produce homemade food from locally sourced ingredients for breakfasts, lunches and all day snacks.
You will be responsible for:
* Producing breakfast items such as full English breakfast, porridge and breakfast sandwiches.
* Producing lunch items such as sandwiches, wraps, salads and homemade soups.
* Producing cakes, pastries and desserts.
* Ensuring the kitchen area is clean.
* Maintaining health and safety at all times.

Requirements
* Experience working as a Cook/Chef within a café, restaurant or care home essential.
* An understanding of health and safety.
