I am working with a growing client looking for a process engineer to join their site in Aylesbury. This role offers a new challenge for someone who is looking for a more active role with more opportunity to develop their own systems and procedures.
Role:
* Provide support to the operations and engineering team
* Lead plant development to optimise processes and reduce waste
* Indentifying plant issues, investigating root causes and implementing solutions
* Developing plant procedures and standard practices
* Monitor KPIs and products
* Assist with compliance, audits and health and safety
Must have:
* 2+ years in a process engineering or similar position
* Experience in hands on engineering
* Qualifications in chemical or an engineering diiscipline (or similar)
* Have experience designing with 3D softwares
Good to have:
* Experience with CAPEX projects
* Experience doing root casue analysis
* Experience in FMCG, chemical, industrial manufacturing, energy or oil and gas
