Job Title: Administrator / Coordinator
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Our client is a leading company in the service industry and they are currently seeking an Administrator / Coordinator to join their dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Log and arrange service and breakdown work efficiently between the customer and engineer
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
* Maintain accurate records and document all relevant information
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
* Assist with general administrative duties to support the organisation
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Customer service focused with exceptional communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Prior administrative experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm, no weekends
Contract Type: Temporary, or Temporary to Permanent
Hourly rate: £12-£13
