This award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice are looking to continue their growth by seeking a talented, technically expert, and ambitious Architectural Technician to their friendly team in Leicestershire.
The successful Architectural Technician will have a good level of post qualification experience, be able work efficiently on simultaneous projects to a high standard and good knowledge of submitting planning applications.
Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Hold a degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
* Substantial post qualification experience in a UK based Architectural practice
* Strong AutoCAD and Revit abilities
* Boast design flare and technical expertise
* Work well in a team as well as independently
* Comprehensive understanding of planning applications and current Building Regulations
* Proactive and positive approach to work
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Keen to input to company growth
* On track towards MCIAT
* Driven for continued professional development
* Excellent communication abilities
* Keen eye for detail
