Interim Accounts Payable Specialist | Architecture & Design Agency | London
Harmonic Finance are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading independent architecture agency to find a temp-to-perm Accounts Payable Specialist.

With a rapidly expanding finance team and strong growth trajectory, it is a very exciting time to join the team.
With an ASAP start, this will be an initial 6-month contract that will convert to a Permanent position during or after this period. Based in the heart of London, our client offers hybrid working, with the expectation that the successful candidate comes into their central London offices 4 times a week.
The Role
This temp-to-perm role shall primarily focus on overseeing the Accounts Payable function for the business, working closely with the CFO. You will also support the wider finance team on month ends and audits, so this is a great experience for ambitious candidates that are pursuing an accounting qualification.
Responsibilities
* Processing invoices
* Posting credit expenses and VAT reviews
* Bank reconciliation
* Managing the cash book and purchase ledger
* Producing weekly AP forecast
* Preparing monthly supplier statements
* Handling employee expenses
* Supporting month-end procedures and audits
* Managing the Accounts inbox daily
* Supporting the CFO on ad hoc duties
What we need to see (essential):
* 2+ years in an Accounts Payable position
* NetSuite Proficiency
* Fantastic communication
* A proactive team-player
What we need to see (bonus):
* Qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent
* Experience in Architecture/Engineering industry
Location: London Zone 1 (Hybrid)
Day Rate: £150- £200 Day Rate (Inside IR35)
