THE ROLE:
The Behavioural Science Consultant will have the following responsibilities:
* Work across multiple behavioural science led projects.
* Use behavioural science to bolster product services and offerings
* Conduct hands on traditional and online qualitative research
* Line manage direct reports, assisting with their growth and career development
* Manage multiple projects from end to end, delivering strategic insights to senior stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Behavioural Science Consultant will have:
* Knowledge of different behavioural science frameworks is beneficial but not essential
* Commercial awareness and experience
* Excellent communication skills
* A background within consultancies/agencies
* 5 years of commercial experience at a minimum
* A strong qualitative background, and knowledgeable with a variety of methods
