Job Description:
This position is for a dedicated HR Officer who will contribute to the growth and success of a leading Industrial/Manufacturing company in Wrexham. The ideal candidate will work in the Human Resources department, managing the company’s personnel-related matters.

Description
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
* Handle employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Manage and process payroll in a timely manner.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for performance improvement.
* Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs.
* Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements.
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
* Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
* Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
* Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
