This role will suit someone who has strong commercial acumen and an analytical mind-set capable of dealing with sales people and high level executives whilst also being able to make sense of complex data-sets.

Responsibilities:
* Key Finance Business Partner supporting the management team
* Responsible for production of forecasts & budgets ensuring alignment with relevant functional owners
* Work with the Sales and marketing teams to analyse trends, impact of marketing & promotional activity
* Support & challenge Product Development teams through the development cycle including production/approval of business cases and on-going monitoring of performance
* Support month-end activities, including review of actuals and provision of variance analysis including commentary
* Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business requirements
Requirements:
* Ability to represent finance with the business and the business with finance
* Demonstrated ability to "get behind the numbers" and understand key drivers within a business
* A high energy, ambitious proactive approach
* Qualified accountant with previous experience in senior Finance roles
* Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
