Job Description:
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Financial Modeller to join a highly reputable Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:
£55,000 - £65,000 plus bonus, excellent wider benefits package and hybrid remote working
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Aid the Finance team with its plan to update and re-platform a number of complex accounting models
* Perform actual model build work and support the model build work performed by other members of the wider Finance team
* Work with wider business stakeholders and proposition to investigate issues and ensure that the right data sources are in place to enable accounting models to work
* Undertake regular model and assumption reviews and respond to ongoing business changes, such as new regulatory requirements and changes in pricing
* Take ownership of the delivery of the model building projects, including engaging with relevant stakeholders
* Ensure the model build project deliveries are met by aiding with the project management of the available resources
Person specification:
* Ideally qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
* Complex model building skills (high data volume, multi-dimensional) - from design through to development, testing and deployment
* Superb stakeholder management and communication skills
* Excellent organisational abilities
* Advanced level Excel and ability to pick up new systems quickly
