My client, a long established independent residential Estate and Lettings agency are looking to add an experienced SeniorProperty Manager to their successful team in Cheltenham.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Property Manager:
* Liaise with landlords, contractors and tenants to manage maintenance issues
* Maintain thorough and accurate database records
* Ensure properties comply with latest regulations/legislation
* Negotiate end of tenancy deposit releases
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Senior Property Manager:
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential
* First class written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient user of IT, CRMs or similar in-house software packages
