Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IFA Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced financial services firm. This role offers the chance to play a crucial part in supporting a team of experienced Financial Advisers and the Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.


Key Responsibilities

The IFA Administrator will be central to the firm’s operations, responsible for managing the submission of new business and top-up transactions, ensuring all compliance requirements are met, and keeping the back-office system up to date with accurate records. The role involves working closely with various financial platforms to handle fund transactions, process switches, and manage income requests.
In addition to supporting the advisers by preparing essential information and documents for client meetings, the successful candidate will assist with ongoing projects, including asset migration to new platforms, and contribute to the preparation of annual client review reports.
The role requires close collaboration with financial service providers to facilitate smooth transactions, handling client inquiries, and working alongside the administration and support teams to ensure seamless operations. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a varied workload, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues when necessary, are essential for success in this role.


Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team.
