Project Team Coordinator

Job Description:
This newly created position within a fast-growing consultancy is the perfect opportunity for a highly organised individual who has strong coordination experience. You will support the team of Directors in assigning the appropriate consultants into each individual project and be a single point of contact across the business.
This position comes with an excellent benefits package, it offers hybrid working, split between home working and the newly moved into office in Camberley. This role would suit a proactive individual who can drive continuous improvement. There is excellent scope for progression.
Salary and Benefits
* £40,000 + 7.5% bonus
* Pension 5% non contributory and the company will match 3% employee contribution
* Private healthcare
* Death in service x 4 base salary
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Hybrid working 2-3 days in office per week
* Early finish on a Friday
Key Responsibilities
* To create the project team and identify and align potential options for highly probable prospective projects.
* To ensure efficient and effective utilisation of employees in line with the individual utilisation targets.
* To manage the communication of potential and confirmed projects with the proposed project team across employees and associates and the allocated days and timeframe.
* To liaise with Clients and Programme Manager to coordinate workshop timings, resources and systems.
* Proactively identify any challenges and generate solutions to ensure project timeframes are met.
* To maintain regular contact with key associates regarding ongoing availability for future projects.
* Co-ordinate the completion of the project review template at the end of the project.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a role that requires coordination of people / projects
* Great interpersonal skills with ability to form strong relationships
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Strong commercial awareness
* Strong MS office skills & ideally experience of PSA Software
