Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and engage potential buyers, providing outstanding customer service.
* Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to final sale, including viewings and negotiations.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the development’s success.
* Manage sales documentation, contracts, and reports accurately.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in new homes.
* Passionate about exceptional customer service with a personable demeanour.
* Motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Able to work collaboratively and independently.

* A competitive basic salary of up to £33k, with an OTE of £58k, providing a strong earning potential
