Full Time & Permanent
Homebased; Cheshire or Hertfordshire
Salary £40,000
One of the UK’s largest Property Management companies, Residential Management Group, has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of and manage recruitment activities across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday.
Location: You will be mainly homebased (when not attending one of RMG’s sites), and we welcome applications from candidates living within a reasonable travelling distance of Northwich, Cheshire or Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire.
What will I be doing as a Talent Acquisition Manager?
Working collaboratively with hiring managers and Directors to fully understand the role and business requirements, enabling you to take full ownership of the recruitment & selection process i.e.
* draft up adverts that attract quality applications; actively sourcing candidates and headhunt when required.
* administer the placement of vacancy advertising on both internal and external sources (company intranet, website and job boards)
* undertake initial screening of candidates, to validate they meet RMG’s requirements, summarising shortlisted candidates’ suitability to the hiring manager
* arrange interviews and assessments, utilising the ATS (Recruitment+) to manage the selection process and process job offers, supporting candidates through onboarding, to their start date
* provide unsuccessful candidates with balanced and fair feedback; ensuring a positive experience with RMG
* be a social media champion by utilising Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. to promote work opportunities, encouraging direct applications and build the RMG brand
What knowledge, skills and experience will you have?
Essential:
* Proven experience of recruitment and talent acquisition (in house or agency)
* Experience of using an ATS to progress and onboard candidates
* Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels
* Good communication skill - verbal, written and listening, with the ability to present information with clarity and credibility
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to travel to RMG offices throughout the UK (when required)
Preferred:
* Experience of recruiting in the property or built environment
* Experience of using Recruitment+ ATS
* Member of CIPD or REC
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
