Job Description:
* Maternity Cover position for 12 months starting asap
* Part time hours - up to 25 hours per week. Flexible arrangements
* Strong administrator and coordinator
* Good IT skills including CRM’s, databases and Excel
* Confident communicator
Our client is looking for a strong administrator to assist in their health and safety department with providing administrative support for the department along with coordination of Health & Safety processes. Working in a team environment you will be involved in maintaining the current CRM, along with coordination and collation of data to support the department and company requirements. Maintaining records and scheduling inspections, along with extensive liaison with internal and external colleagues.
The successful candidate will be available to start work immediately, have strong administrative and coordination skills and experience, and good IT skills including CRM’s, Excel, MS Office and databases.
