We are actively seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR team of one of our esteemed clients based in Birmingham. HR Advisor
* Job Type: Full-time, office based 
* Location: Head Office, Birmingham 
* Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
Day to day of the role:
* Maintain all HR systems, ensuring data and records are accurate and up to date.
* Generate reports and create Excel spreadsheets with advanced functions.
* Develop job descriptions, person specifications, and prepare job adverts.
* Manage the recruitment process, including shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
* Issue offer letters and employee contracts. Manage induction and onboarding processes.
* Support and lead formal meetings, such as disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Advise employees and Line Managers on HR-related queries and chair ER meetings.
* Liaise with Payroll regarding employee information, such as absences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience within an HR environment.
* Familiarity with the full recruitment and selection cycle.
* Advanced Excel skills, including Macros, complex formulas, V-Look Ups, and data consolidation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
