Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of personal tax clients.
* Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to clients, tailored to their individual needs.
* Prepare and review personal tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax legislation.
* Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies and provide proactive advice.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and industry trends.
* Assist in the development and mentoring of junior staff members.
About You:
* ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT (OR QBE) with a strong background in personal tax.
* Proven experience managing a portfolio of personal tax clients.
* In-depth knowledge of current UK tax legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* A proactive approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
