Finance Administrator - Surrey
Salary - £26,500 - £28,000
Time - Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00
This UK based company are a well-established and highly successful Fire and Security company. They are now looking for a Finance Administrator to support the contracting team as required.
As the Finance Assistant you will support the Group Head of Finance on a variety of duties including:
* Manage maintenance contracts 
* Deliver accurate and timely billing to our customers and chase any late payments 
* Answer customer queries 
* Produce regular informative reports for the company.
* Liaising with internal departments regarding any queries
* Assign and raise purchase orders for subcontractors
* Manages the customer portfolio including monthly application for approval
* Monitoring Accounts inbox
* Ad hoc support to Accounts team as needed
* Responsible for archiving expired contracts

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work well as part of a team, work to deadlines and build relationships at all levels. You will have good IT skills, particularly Excel.
