* Designing and developing menswear collections, across jersey and outerwear
* Conducting market research to identify new trends and styles
* Collaborating with the retail team to ensure designs meet customer expectations
* Creating technical drawings and specifications for production
* Presenting design ideas to team members and senior management
* Assisting in the selection of fabrics and trims
* Ensuring design deadlines are met
* Monitoring product development stages and ensuring quality control
Profile
A successful Menswear Designer should have:
* A degree in Fashion Design or a related field
* Experience working with Bangladesh
* Strong understanding of menswear market and latest trends
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
