Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual needs are met.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and implementing tailored learning activities.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the well-being and development of all students.
* Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students.
* Monitor and record the progress of individual students, adapting support strategies, as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
* Relevant qualifications in special education or related field are advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
