Lead Delivery Manager * Job Type: Full-time 
* Location: London - Hybrid Working 2 days on site.
* Salary: 500-600 depending on experience 
* Duration: 6 months
We are seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the delivery process for one or more work streams within our dynamic organisation. This role is ideal for an experienced programme manager who is adept at acting as a point of escalation and mentoring other work stream leads.
Day to Day of the role: * Drive the delivery process of business deliverables and services, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes.
* Work within the programme delivery methodology to deliver successful outcomes.
* Coach and mentor teams and delivery specialists on delivery techniques.
* Maintain delivery momentum, manage blockers, risks, and impediments to progress.
* Ensure deliverables are defined against clearly articulated outcomes and that there is an iterative plan actively communicated and understood by teams and stakeholders.
* Support the establishment of a clear vision, future state, and target operating model (TOM) where relevant.
* Facilitate effective team dynamics, collaboration, and communication.
* Lead the creation of an environment conducive to continuous improvement of working practices.
* Actively participate in the wider project delivery community to learn, share, and apply skills and knowledge.
* Manage supplier and budget effectively to deliver successful outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven ability to break down barriers for teams and plan at both strategic and detailed levels.
* Experience in building a culture of psychological safety and managing team dynamics.
* Knowledge of various implementation practices and their application.
* Ability to communicate effectively and build trust across team boundaries.
* Demonstrable experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams.
* Expertise in supplier and budget management.
* Experience in managing, implementing, facilitating, and monitoring change.
* Strong knowledge of change management principles and concepts.
* Ability to work well under pressure, with complexity and ambiguity.
* Skilled in problem definition, evaluation of concepts, and identification of solutions.
