* Oversee and manage daily financial operations within the department
* Develop and implement strategic financial planning
* Lead the finance function
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts
* Manage key stakeholder relationships
* Implement cost-reducing strategies
* Engage in continuous process improvements
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
* A strong background in Accounting & Finance, preferably in the public sector
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong strategic planning and financial analysis abilities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
