My client who is a famous arts higher education institute with over 15,000 undergraduate students are looking for two interim Resourcing Advisors to join their busy recruitment team. The university is located in central London close to several great transport links.
These 1-2 month interim recruitment roles are hybrid, with the candidates only needing to attend the office 2-days per week. You will be part of a busy but dynamic resourcing team where you will manage recruitment campaigns and support and advise recruiting managers and candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
The day rate for the two Resourcing Advisor roles will range from £150-£170 per day through an umbrella company. The roles will last around 1-2 months as they go through a busy period.
The key responsibilities of this interim recruitment role include:
* Managing end-to-end staff recruitment campaigns.
* Supporting and advising recruiting managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Dealing with enquiries from job applicants, managers, staff and the public by e-mail, online, face-to-face or Teams calls.
* Managing the onboarding process.
* Supporting the Resourcing Manager in the delivery of new starter and staff development activities.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who has worked in the public sector before. The post holder will need to have strong IT skills and a good understanding of UKVI and GDPR.
The interview process will consist of a 1-stage MS Teams interview with the aim to have someone in the post ASAP.
