FINANCE MANAGER
Contract: 4 months minimum
Salary: c£75,000
Location: South Buckinghamshire
Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the key finance business partner to the Logistics, Transport and Fulfilment teams. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with internal stakeholders and external team members across two sites. This role requires a commercially minded individual who enjoys building and developing relationships and ways of working.

What you’ll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of our client’s supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Budgeting/forecasting for Logistics, Transport & Fulfilment cost lines (P&L and Capex)
* Month-end reporting and analysis (including channel allocation)
* Weekly reporting/analysis across the 3 sites
* Establishing & developing relationships & ways of working
* Continuing existing relationships
* Challenging existing ways of working to drive operational efficiencies
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager position brings a wealth of commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Your experience in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting will be invaluable in this role. You are adept at building and developing relationships, which will be essential as you liaise with various teams across multiple sites. Your ability to challenge existing ways of working to drive operational efficiencies demonstrates your innovative thinking. Excellent communication skills are also vital in this role, as you will need to articulate ideas clearly and convincingly.
