Making Agreements Perfect:
* Tackling agreement amendments like a pro.
* Guiding and coaching other team members.
* Becoming an expert in at least one agreement amendment process.
Delivering First Class Customer Service:
* Taking ownership and exceeding targets.
* Juggling inbound and outbound interactions like a pro.
* Being the go-to person for all things customer-related.
* Navigating tricky conversations with finesse.
* Always on the lookout for ways to improve how we do things.
Building Relationships:
* Connecting with colleagues and clients.
* Knowing when to ask for help.
* Treating everyone with respect and kindness.
* Thriving as part of a fantastic team.
Balancing the Books and Legal Stuff:
* Making sure everything is GDPR-compliant.
* Asking the right security questions.
* Double-checking everything before hitting send.
* Crunching numbers for accurate quotes.
Fuelling Business Growth:
* Understanding the business and team goals.
* Spotting opportunities and pointing them in the right direction.
* Putting the customer experience first.
