Axon Moore are working with a leading business based in West Yorkshire (hybrid), who are looking for an Interim Financial Consultant for a period of circa 6 months to support them through a period of change. 

Working closely with the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing the current financial processes and procedures, making recommendations and implementing improvements

Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the finance function
* Consolidation of accounts for the board pack
* Reviewing current systems, processes and procedures
* Identifying areas for improvement to processes and systems and implementing those changes
* Cash flow forecasting
* Liaising with senior stakeholders across the business to drive business performance.
* Ad hoc projects
Person Specification:
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
* Previous experience of operating at FC / FD level and driving change
* Proven track record of process and systems improvements
* Strong leadership abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
