The role:
* Handle administrative tasks for property management teams, including legal inquiries, invoicing, block correspondence, and notice processing
* Maintain and update database records
* Submit utility meter readings for property management team
* Coordinate minor maintenance issues, arranging contractor visits within appropriate time frame
* Sort and direct emails to relevant property managers
* Keep property portfolio information accurate and up-to-date
* Process sublet licenses and generate related invoices
* Manage phone calls when receptionist is unavailable
* Coordinate key distribution for contractors and assist with key system maintenance
The person:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisation and problem-solving
* Self-motivated and confident
* Strong communicator
* Professional and punctual
* Detail-oriented
