I am excited to be supporting a well-known household FMCG brand to appoint a HR Business Partner. This role will be working across high profile sites in North London.
About the role..
As an experienced HR Business Partner you will support one of the most high profile sites for the business with c.500 employees and members of the senior leadership team. It is an exciting time for the business whilst they lead on a new people transformation and strategy in order to offer best in class HR support to their employees.
Within this role you will collaborate with on site senior leaders, and partner with the national people team and centres of excellence to work on all people related queries. The role requires a commercial and ambitious HR Business Partner that can support on end to end employee lifecycle work inclusive of employee relations, employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development and driving a high performing culture and excellence.
This role offers a blend of operational and strategic business partnering, allowing you to work across the full space of HR whilst truly partnering with your stakeholders to help them achieve their people and business objectives.
About you..
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Generalist that has experience working across a FMCG, retail, manufacturing or distribution businesses. Additional key responsibilities include:
* You will have worked with a diverse and multi-sited workforce and used to working at pace with an excellent experience across complex employee relations. Ideally you will have worked with unions or colleague forums and have the ability to collaborate effectively with them.
* You will be able to demonstrate a background in driving, leading and supporting through change.
* You will have a strong breadth and depth of knowledge across the various specialist areas within HR and regarded as a trusted HR professional.
Within this role you will work with SAP SuccessFactors in order to create and share data to demonstrate commercial decision making and support people strategy. Location: North London (accessible via train and motorway routes)
You will be required to work 5 days onsite within this role, the hours can be flexible 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.
Salary: £65k + benefits
