Job Description:
I am excited to be supporting a global telecommunications business to appoint a Workforce Planning Partner to support a key area of the business going through large scale organisational design change.
About the role..
As the organisation goes through large transformational change this area of the business inclusive of 14,000 people will be directly involved in ensuring its business objectives still continue to remain effective and sustainable. As Workforce Planning Partner you will work with the risk and operations functions, wider HR function and the centres of excellence including organisational design teams to create a cross function plan of what the business will need now and in the future for their workforce - Right resource, right place, right skills and right cost!
This role is not a recruitment role, this role focuses on workforce planning, you will be able to work with senior leaders and teams to identify where change will occur and the impact it will have on the workforce.
About you..
This role would suit people coming from large businesses where workforce planning is an essential role, either consultancy managing large scale business transformation or within HR with a focus on workforce transformation and organisational design.
Key experience needed:
* Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organizational performance, including drivers of customer demand from new and existing customer bases, people drivers of performance and financial objectives.
* Being receptive and proactive to organizational challenges with detailed knowledge of similar business units. Acting as partner with operational teams for their end-to-end resourcing needs
* Storytelling with data: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences.
* Proven ability to execute plans under difficult circumstances; confronts and resolves conflict; demonstrates high energy.
* Ability to lead virtual teams through transformation and continuous change.
* An excellent communicator who works highly effectively with sales, markets, and operational leads to ensure demand in the channels matches service resource.

Location: London 3 times a week in office
Salary: £73k + 10% bonus
