Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

The Opportunity and Role
You’ll be able to make a significant impact in a leading an enforcement agency who specialise in local authority debt recovery. With over 40 years of experience backing them, you’ll have industry leading support to develop as a legal professional.

Now in their next phase of growth, they’re now looking for a passionate, driven and professional individual to drive performance across the compliance, litigation and case load elements of the business. Overseeing a team of 26 people, you will:
* Manage team workflows, processes and expectations
* Take a strategic approach to driving team performance across all 3 elements
* Handle case management and client relationships
* Conduct regular 1-2-1’s
* Motivate and guide your teams to best practice
* Lead by example and be the point of escalation wherever necessary

The Ideal Candidate
It goes without saying that you’ll have experience in leading a medium size team, however no legal experience is necessary. Ultimately this role would suit someone who has a strong background in a similar field and someone who is keen to really elevate the team to that next level. Personality is absolutely a key trait in this role to ensure that you can drive team motivation and achieve results.
