One of our lovely clients, based in Windsor, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic customer service professional.

Working within their Education Operations department, you role will include dealing with orders, payment, repair queries and returns.

As part of a wonderful team, you will endeavour to provide an end to end professional and efficient service for both schools and parents. The role is office based 5 days a week and the working hours are 8.30am-5pm

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

* Managing parent payment records including, bank statement reconciliation, taking payments over the phone and creating arrears reports.
* Supporting parents in relation to their school’s device programme with thorough understanding of our client’s bespoke programme and the parent ordering portal.
* Order cancellations, device returns and reallocations.
* Managing the parent support phone line, ticket system and inbox daily.
* To work with and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders to ensure all information is correct and shared with the relevant parties.
* Working towards agreed targets and KPI’s set by line manager.
* Maintaining the role guide to ensure any process updates are recorded. 
Key Skills Needed:
