A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cloud Platform Lead with a Government body based in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with strategic and tactical engineering roadmaps for cloud migrations, preferably within the civil service and public sector and a strong understanding of Azure cloud services.
As the cloud platform lead you will play a key role in creating and shaping the clients Cloud footprint. You’ll lead, manage, and advise on deploying services within the Azure cloud environment, helping to move services from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms.
Skills required for the Cloud Platform Lead are:
- Experience in a similar role working with architecture and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the modern IT landscape, Azure/AWS, CI/CD, iaas, paas, saas
- Azure certifications desirable
- Understanding of the Public Sector culture & ways of working
- An expert communicator for cross-business and external relationship building
