Job Description:
What you will do
 
As a key member of our inside sales team, you’ll report directly to the Inside Sales Manager. Your role will involve providing detailed quotes to our customers and managing the process through to the issuance of the work order. You’ll ensure seamless communication and support throughout, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

How you will do it
 
* Request quotes and prices using the Sales quoting tool or collaborate with suppliers to create customized quotes.

* Generate and manage quotes and pricing for clients using Salesforce.

* Follow up on quotes to obtain purchase orders and confirm orders.

* Liaise with internal and external customers via telephone and email.

* Provide customer service, including regular updates to customers.

* Oversee the order process through to final approval.

* Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

What we look for
 
* Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal systems (training will be provided).

* Knowledge of Salesforce is recommended but not essential, as training will be provided.

* Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering a customer-first experience.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing your own workload.

* Capable of working to targets and meeting set KPIs.

* Product knowledge in the fire suppression/detection industry is advantageous.

* Sales experience is preferred but not required.
