Job Description:
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Service Engineer of agricultural machinery, on behalf of our client based in Tingewick, Milton Keynes.
Requirements:
* Knowledge and experience of a variety of machinery ideally in the agricultural, commercial vehicle or construction industry is required
* Ideally have a relevant qualification within the field of Land Based Engineering
* Ability to interact with customers and develop/build a relationship that ultimately delivers a positively satisfying experience
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* A full UK driving licence is required
* Ability to operate machinery on site for testing purposes
Benefits
* Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and any overtime worked
* Holiday entitlement – 24 days per year plus 8 bank holidays
* Pension - 3% employee contribution and 7% employer contribution

* A dedicated Service Van
* Ongoing training as required
Hours
* Monday - Thursday, 8am – 4.30pm and Friday, 8am – 3.30pm with ½ hour lunch break (basic 39 hour working week)
* Overtime available (Mon – Sat time and a half, Sunday – double time, bank holiday Monday – double time & day in lieu)
* You will be required to do some weekend working especially during our peak harvest season
