Salary: £58,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Holiday

Our client, an Oxford-based contractor specialising in refurbishment and new build schemes across various sectors, is actively seeking a dynamic professional to lead several newly secured projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight: Plan, execute, and complete construction projects, including refurbishments and new builds.
* Team Leadership: Oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
* Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process.
* Problem-Solving: Apply effective problem-solving skills and innovative solutions to address project challenges.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in refurbishment and new build projects.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
