Quantity Surveyor - Doors & Entrances
Our client specialises in the instillation of Entrances & Shutter solutions across all sectors. Due to growth of the business, they are looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into their team to join the Estimating department.
As the Quantity Surveyor, the ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely alongside the Estimating team, liaising with clients and other construction professionals.

Quantity Surveyor - Doors & Entrances
Responsibilities:
* Ensure pricing is accurate
* Manage subcontractor costs, invoices, and payments
* Handle variation pricing and invoicing
* Interacting with Clients and Construction Teams
* Communicate with site and project managers
* Negotiate with clients on financial and legal matters
* Measure completed work and prepared invoices
* Monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR)
* Calculate accruals and work in progress
* Monitoring Design and Site Changes
* Raise variations as needed
* Adjust budget forecasts
* Developing Cost Forecasting Tools
* Monitor actual costs against the budget
Quantity Surveyor - Doors & Entrances
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
* 2 years’ experience
* Exceptional communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
