Job Description:
Axon Moore are representing a market leading business who are looking to recruit a Credit Control Manager for a period of circa 3 months with the potential to be extended.
This is a hands on role where you will working on a ledger to focus on unallocated payments, resolving any outstanding issues and looking at process and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a small team
* Maximize collection of debt, using telephone, email, and debt letters where appropriate.
* To contribute to the reduction in value and volume of queries and disputes
* Supporting the allocation of cash when requested
* Manage and maintain accurate customer records
* Any other tasks deemed appropriate for the role of a credit controller
* Process and systems improvement
