Are you a CAD Technician from a Furniture / Joinery background who is proficient in SolidWorks looking for a varied and exciting role within a well-established multi-million £ turnover company who offer the chance to work on dynamic projects and an early finish on a Friday?
This well-established Furniture company have been operating for over 40 years designing and manufacturing furniture within commercial and residential sectors. They have continually grown whilst developing a loyal client base and are now looking to grow their friendly team to help with their ongoing goals of expansion and growth.
This varied role will see you draughting 3D designs on SolidWorks for manufacturing projects, analysing and amending designs and providing project support for clients. You will work within the tight-knit office team of 4 in addition to liaising with the manufacturing team and other departments as you work in office Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm with an early finish on a Friday at 2pm.
This exciting role would suit a CAD Technician or similar, from a furniture / joinery background looking for a varied design role within a well-established company offering the opportunity to make your mark on the business.
The Role:
- Draught 3D designs using CAD software
- Analyse and amend designs
- Create and put in use a bill of materials
- Working with other designers and shopfloor employees
- Work within office team of 4
- Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5pm Friday 8:30am-2pm
The Person:
- CAD Technician or similar
- Furniture / Joinery background
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- Based in Rustington
