LEAD INSIGHT ANALYST - LONDON - HYBRID
UP TO £60,000
The COMPANY
Join one of the premier museum and art gallery organisations as a Lead Insight Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic insights that drive success across every facet of the company.
THE ROLE
* Conduct in-depth analysis to help develop a foundational understanding of customer behaviour and loyalty.
* Conduct analysis across CRM campaigns, running A/B tests to identify effectiveness.
* Lead on optimizing business intelligence reporting across the organization - consulting with Heads of Departments and SMEs across sites.
* Responsible for overseeing reporting on the performance of the company.
* Take specialist lead on targeted data challenges including the improvement of data collection and capture, storage and visualisation, and reporting.
* Provide analytical support to campaign managers.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Extensive experience with driving business & management intelligence reporting
* Experience using SQL and Python is crucial.
* Experience in communicating complex data effectively through high-quality reports and presentations, engaging confidently to influence multiple stakeholders at all levels
