CRM PROJECT MANAGER - LONG TERM CONTRACT - 4 DAYS PER WEEK - OUTSIDE IR35


One of Loriens Edinburgh based Public Sector clients is looking to bring on a experienced CRM Project Manager to join on a 4 day a week contract running up to Sept 2026.
Essential skills:
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and experience of project managing implementations with not-for-profit organisations
* Experience of running projects under Prince 2 methodology
* Experience in managing suppliers and transitioning systems to BAU
* Excellent communicator. Ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels across the organisation and adjust your approach to fit the requirements of your audience
* Ability to hit the ground running, a self starter
* Ability to develop people by supporting colleagues and team members to develop their skills
* Adept at building strong and trusted relationships with the project board, project team and supplier
Desirable Skills:
* Experience of managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation for a membership scheme (including Direct Debit management and Gift Aid)
