HR & Payroll Administrator

Location: Wales (Remote working with some initial office attendance required)
Contract: Until 31st December 2024
Pay Rate: £14.32 per hour, 37 hours a week, Monday-Friday

We are partnering with a prestigious public sector client in Wales, who are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key public sector organisation, working remotely with some initial office attendance required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing recruitment procedures and addressing general recruitment queries.
* Drafting changes to terms and conditions.
* Handling parental leave and sick absences.
* Processing payroll efficiently and accurately.
* Administering pensions.
* Responding to HR & payroll enquiries.
* Developing and providing management information and analysis.
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Previous experience in a shared service centre environment.
* Strong understanding of HR systems and related software/applications.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and independently to meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in IT, particularly accurate data entry skills
