Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a new and vibrant team in a rapidly growing business as a customer service advisor. Full training is provided within the role, no experience required.

Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule installation appointments with customers
* Manage and update appointment schedules on inhouse booking system
* Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions

Requirements:
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Computer literate; Proficient on all Microsoft packages
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
