Key responsibilities:
* Monthly processing of purchase ledger and subcontractor invoices for multiple entities
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Processing payment runs
* Dealing with queries
* Processing employee expenses and credit cards
* Bank reconciliation
* Posting of monthly payments and receipts
* Monthly WIP journals
* Assisting with Balance Sheet reconciliations and journals
* Assisting with accruals & prepayments
What they’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Good IT skills including Excel
* Excellent communication skills
