£100,000 - £150,000 + Bonus and benefits
Are you ready to take the lead in driving pricing strategies and making a significant impact in the Insurance industry? Our client, an organisation seeking a collaborative and inspiring individual, is looking for a Head/Director of Pricing to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop pricing strategies and set ambitious goals
* Lead and build the Insurance Pricing team
* Foster a collaborative culture within the team
* Utilise pricing analytics tools such as Radar and Emblem to gather, analyse, and interpret pricing data
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
* Become a market expert in the Insurance space
* Provide regular reports and insights on pricing performance
