Job Description:
To ensure delivery of retrofit projects which achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, are fully compliant, offer value for money and are delivered within budget and timetable. To plan and monitor allied budgets, spend, cash flow forecasts and contract compliance as necessary to meet financial regulations and delegated authorities and relevant policy and procedures.
Client Details
I am working in collaboration with a leading social housing provider based in Manchester as they look to add a Retrofit Coordinator to their business. This housing association has less than 10,000 properties across Greater Manchester and focus on delivering an excellent service as a landlord, to provide their customers with warm, safe homes.
Description
* To ensure that all projects undertaken are effectively led, planned, designed and delivered.
* To be responsible for retrofit coordination services throughout project process from advice, assessment, design, installation, testing and commissioning, handover and evaluation.
* To undertake pre and post works evaluations to determine the overall success and ensure that lessons are learned for future projects.
* To be responsible for managing the retrofit assessments and design, ensuring all projects are compliant to PAS2035 standards to allow for government funding and liaising closely with homeowners, landlords, retrofit assessors, design and installation teams.
* Management of the Customer Liaison Officer and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that retrofit projects are completed successfully and within budget, contributing to our mission of improving the lives of our residents.
Profile
* Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination
* Excellent knowledge of building energy efficiency measures, including insulation, heating and ventilation systems, renewable energy technologies, and carbon reduction strategies, with a keen awareness of the unique challenges of social housing
* Confident in reporting and presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of property related H&S matters including gas safety, fire safety, mechanical and electrical safety, legionella and asbestos management
* Focuses on service delivery and results with excellent time management skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
