This role, based in Northwest London and requiring a five-day work week on site, demands a proactive individual ready to manage a diverse range of financial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Management Accounts:
* Prepare and review monthly accounts for UK, Indian, and US businesses.
* Ensure accurate and timely preparation, including variance analysis and commentary.
VAT and Tax:
* Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
Month-End Closing:
* Deliver month-end processes, including posting journals and ensuring ledger accuracy.
* Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and manage accruals.
Forecasting and Budgeting:
* Contribute to the forecast process, collaborating with key stakeholders.
* Support budget reviews and manage company credit cards and expenses.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Sage and excellent Excel skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
* Strong multitasking, time management, and organisational skills.
