Job Description:
Are you an experienced Credit Controller with strong people skills? Would you like the opportunity to join a renowned Not for Profit organisation? Are you looking for a highly attractive and flexible working pattern?
Robertson Bell are supporting this multimillion-pound organisation to recruit an Interim Credit Controller on an initial 1-year FTC. The head office is based in West Sussex, operating on a hybrid working pattern – asking for occasional office visits once or twice a month.
The Interim Credit Controller’s responsibilities will include:
* Building relationships with customers – being the main point of contact for payment queries.
* Correcting and clearing the customer accounts by processing recharges and settling the payments on the system.
* Maintaining the mailbox and answering queries in a timely manner.
* Collecting payments over email, telephone and video call.
The successful Interim Credit Controller will have:
* Experience working in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit Control role, having collected and chased payments.  
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to answer queries and build relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
* Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and Excel skills.
